Yuzhuralzoloto to raise capital by 30 mln rbl in new share issue

CHELYABINSK, Oct 23 (PRIME) -- Russia’s gold miner Yuzhuralzoloto of businessman Konstantin Strukov plans to issue 30 million rubles of new shares to raise the charter capital, as approved by the board of directors, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The present capital amounts to 200.1 million rubles split into ordinary shares with a face value of 0.001 rubles.
